This position is located in the Talent Development Team (TDT), Human Resources Management Service (HRMS), Division for Management (DM) of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Vienna, Austria. TDT provides services that build a learning culture, develop competencies and behaviours needed to support the mandates of UNOV/UNODC. The Team provides services to advise on learning interventions, advocates for a learning culture, the use of learning technology skills and provides personalised learning experiences. The Team is also responsible for language training in all six official languages of the United Nations for all staff, and for training in the area of communications. The Human Resources Officer (Learning and Development) will report to the Chief, Human Resources Management Service (HRMS).
