Zusammenfassung

Qualifikationen

• Advanced university degree in human resources management, business or public administration.
• Coaching certificate is desirable.
• Five+ years of relevant work experience in HR management, training or staff development.

Aufgaben

• Identify and analyze staff development and career support needs and design programmes.
• Supervise and coordinate monitoring reports on staff development and mandatory training.
• Provide performance management advice to staff and management.
• Assess training needs and deliver language and communication programmes in six official languages.
• Develop language curriculum and materials for staff development and learning technology use.
