EXANTE Limited seeks a Head of Commercial - Wealth Segment to drive pricing, segmentation and product optimization with full P&L responsibility for the wealth client book. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will lead cross-functional efforts with Sales, Compliance, Risk, Treasury and Technology to elevate commercial performance.

The role requires 8-15 years in revenue management or pricing within brokerage/fintech, strong quantitative skills and the ability to deliver measurable

Qualifikationen

• 8-15 years experience in pricing or revenue management in fintech or wealth/retail segments.
• Direct client-book economics optimization experience.
• Familiarity with MiFID II and FCA Consumer Duty.

Aufgaben

• Pricing strategy - set and own the pricing strategy across the wealth segment client book.
• Client segmentation - segment the wealth book and design differentiated propositions by segment.
• Competitive benchmarking - run continuous benchmarking against wealth-segment peers.
• Product development - target profitable client segments, working with the relevant trading and product desks.
• Cost optimisation - review and optimise the economics of serving the wealth segment.
• Customer economics - data-driven lifetime value, churn and pricing experimentation, in partnership with Technology.
• Cross-functional cooperation - work with Sales, Relationship Managers, Compliance, Risk, Treasury and Technology.
• Pathway to extend - grow remit across all EXANTE client segments once wealth performance is established.
