Polixis, a Geneva-based RegTech company, seeks a Chief Revenue Officer to own commercial growth end to end. You will take ownership of a four-person sales team and scale it toward ten, refining our go-to-market strategy for data and SaaS offerings across Switzerland, the EU, UAE, Asia and the US.

This hands-on role requires closing large enterprise deals and building repeatable playbooks, pricing models, and CRM discipline to drive international growth while maintaining a close‑knit,

Qualifikationen

• Direct, hands-on experience in RegTech or KYC is mandatory.
• Proven senior commercial leader with B2B revenue scale in KYC/AML.
• Track record of building high-performing sales teams.
• Credibility selling to regulated financial institutions.
• Experience across multiple European markets and partner-led growth.
• Excellent English; other European languages are a plus.
