Zusammenfassung

The Voith Group is seeking a Teamlead for Project Estimation & Project Cost Controlling to drive reliable cost estimates and transparent forecasting across the EMEA region. You will shape standards, processes and tools, and collaborate with Sales, Bid Management and project teams in a global industrial setting.

You will lead an integrated organization across bid phase and execution, promote data-driven decision making, and advance digital initiatives including AI and RPA to improve productivity

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, engineering or related field.
• Several years of experience in cost estimation, project cost controlling, project controls or project finance.
• Experience leading teams in international, matrix organizations.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Project Estimation & Project Cost Controlling organization, including disciplinary and functional leadership.
• Build and integrate end-to-end processes connecting bid estimation with project cost controlling.
• Ensure competitive, realistic and reliable cost estimates and standardized cost methodologies.
• Support Sales, Bid Management and project teams in financially sound bidding decisions.
• Oversee forecasting, Cost-at-Completion, variance analysis and management reporting.
