Qualifikationen

• Senior commercial leadership experience in complex international project business.
• Strong expertise in Commercial Project Management, Project Controlling, Contract Management, Risk Management.
• Extensive negotiation experience with executive-level stakeholders.
• Understanding of international contract models, claims management, and project governance.

Aufgaben

• Assume overall commercial responsibility for an international mega project with high complexity.
• Lead and coordinate Project Controlling, Commercial Management, Contract Management and Risk Management.
• Prepare decision papers and risk evaluations for Executive Management.
• Ensure transparency of the project's commercial performance and report to Executives.
• Represent commercial interests to customers, consortium partners, suppliers and advisors.
• Lead complex negotiations at executive level and manage dispute situations.
• Steer commercial objectives with the Project Director and support escalation management.
• Assess impact of changes and risks on contracts, costs and cash flow; mitigate accordingly.
• Lead claim management and develop strategies to protect commercial interests.
• Ensure compliance with governance, compliance, export control and risk management.
