KTM AG in Austria is seeking Head of Digital Customer Solutions to shape digital interfaces with customers, retailers, and partners worldwide. You will lead platforms and digital solutions that support the customer journey—from first contact to loyalty—bridging business, technology, and customer experience.

You will drive the platform strategy, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, After-Sales and international markets, and establish governance for scalable, data-driven customer experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable qualification.
• Practical experience building and operating digital platforms and e-commerce in international environments.
• Experience leading teams and organizations with a focus on customer-centric digital solutions.
