Takeda Pharma Ges.m.b.H. in Vienna seeks a senior Marketing & Customer Excellence lead to own the local customer engagement strategy for assigned brands.

You will translate global brand strategies into compelling local plans and optimize omnichannel journeys across personal and non-personal channels. You will manage budgets, enable field teams, and collaborate with Commercial, Medical and Market Access to ensure compliant, high-impact executions while driving sustainable brand growth in a matrix

Qualifikationen

Significant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare marketing and omnichannel activation.
Experience translating global strategies into local execution within a matrix environment.
Strong analytical, digital and AI fluency with excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

Own the local engagement plan as the primary strategic deliverable.
Design and optimize local customer journeys across all touchpoints.
Lead cross-functional engagement teams with Commercial, Medical and Market Access.
Allocate and manage engagement budgets to maximize ROI.
Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs and governance.
