Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Several years of experience in R&D, portfolio management, or funding.
• Technical understanding of semiconductor packaging and PCB technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of public funding programs is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Power BI, ServiceNow, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the global R&D portfolio management framework with standards, KPIs, and reporting structures.
• Provide analyses and proposals to support prioritization, investment, and resource allocation decisions.
• Coordinate portfolio reviews and governance to improve execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Ensure transparency across projects, budgets, risks, and technology development activities.
• Identify portfolio optimization opportunities to improve resource utilization.
• Support the development and execution of the R&D funding strategy to maximize subsidies.
• Coordinate funding proposals and project activities for funded initiatives.
• Support digitalization of portfolio management with reporting, analytics, and workflow solutions.
