Zusammenfassung

Scrambly is seeking a Global Head of Lifecycle Marketing to own retention, CRM and LiveOps across all apps and geos. You’ll manage dozens of in-app messages, emails and push notifications per app and drive a data-driven, AI-enabled lifecycle engine that scales revenue.

You’ll live in Mixpanel and Customer.io, lead a fast-moving program, and build a team as you scale. This is a hands-on, owner-level role with ownership of growth metrics across markets.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in lifecycle / CRM / retention marketing for consumer apps, including leading a team.
• Proven scale across geos with multiple campaigns.
• Track record of driving 7-figure monthly revenue or engagement through lifecycle and LiveOps.
• All three channels: in-app messages, email and push at real volume.
• CRM/messaging platform skills: Customer.io; Braze or similar.
• Product-analytics chops: Mixpanel; Amplitude or similar.
• Understanding incrementality, cost tracking and LTV.
• AI-native workflows (MCP/Claude) and AI automation in lifecycle work.

Aufgaben

• Own the lifecycle engine across all apps and geos and build a team.
• Scale LiveOps revenue to 7-figure monthly territory within a year, incremental and attributable.
• Measure incrementality across campaigns and optimize funnel stages.
• Run a rigorous testing program with 15+ tests per week and 3 retargeting tests weekly.
• Create an AI-driven, evergreen lifecycle calendar and QA at scale.
• Collaborate with product to align lifecycle goals quarterly and drive data cadence.
