Scrambly is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to own end-to-end models for how the platform spends and earns revenue, focusing on predicting user and cohort value from early signals. You will work with engineers on data pipelines, serving, and integration, reporting to Head of Data in a small, autonomous team.

This early data role requires strong Python/SQL, BigQuery experience, and a pragmatic approach to model evaluation and deployment in a fast-growing adtech startup.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years as a data scientist with production models that drive real decisions.
• Hands-on experience with LTV or ROAS prediction — forecasting value from early behaviour.
• Adtech or mobile performance marketing background with attribution and MMP data.

Aufgaben

• Value prediction: forecast user and cohort value from early signals.
• Bidding and pricing: model what we are willing to pay to acquire users.
• Segmentation and targeting: build scoring to treat users and inventory by value.
• Fraud and abuse: improve fraud model accuracy and avoid false positives.
• Evaluation: set metrics and maintain out-of-sample discipline while live.
• Collaboration: work with data engineers, serving, and commercial teams.
