Job summary

DO & CO Airline Catering in Vienna seeks an experienced Head Chef for Japanese Cuisine to lead the production team and craft authentic dishes for an exclusive airline catering service.

The role requires Japanese cuisine experience, leadership in a fast-paced kitchen, and flexibility for shifts including weekends and holidays. German and/or English proficiency is required. Starting gross monthly salary is €5,500, paid 14 times per year, with on-site meals and benefits.
