Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in business operations, chief of staff, or strategy consulting within a GTM organisation.
• Experience with Tech go‑to‑market teams and metrics.
• Strategy consulting background is a strong plus.
• Track record of operating credibly with senior leaders and driving alignment.
• Strong programme and project management skills with multiple initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to turn complexity into a clear narrative.
• Structured, data-informed problem solving with good judgement.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, pace, and a distributed company environment.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy into a GTM plan with OKRs and initiatives; drive accountability.
• Lead operating cadence: leadership meetings, business reviews, and planning cycles.
• Act as trusted partner to GTM leadership; close gaps and ensure timely decisions.
• Drive cross-functional growth projects end-to-end from scoping to delivery.
• Own internal communication for GTM; keep wider org informed about priorities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, CX, and People to remove blockers.
