Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production systems.
• Experience shipping an LLM-powered product or workflow for real users.
• Experience working directly with non-technical users to understand workflows and improve products.
• Experience integrating with business systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Slack, or data-enrichment platforms.
• Strong product and engineering judgment that balances speed and reliability.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and RevOps to understand workflows and identify opportunities to automate with technology.
• Design, build, and ship full-stack AI-powered products for GTM teams.
• Create lightweight agent workflows, automations, and production applications for research, enrichment, account scoring, and related GTM problems.
• Make build-versus-buy decisions, leveraging existing tools, reusable skills, integrations, or full applications.
• Partner with RevOps to integrate with GTM systems like Salesforce, Marketo, and Gong.
