Zusammenfassung

Clera is hiring a GTM Engineer to build the systems powering its growing European AI-powered business communication platform. You will design scalable lead-generation workflows with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, and Smartlead, and automate outbound campaigns end-to-end.

The role requires 3+ years in GTM infrastructure, strong data enrichment and API skills, and the ability to work with DACH region customers. This is an on-site role in Vienna, Austria, with visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years building or operating lead-gen systems at scale.
• Experience with modern GTM platforms (Clay, Apollo, HubSpot...).
• Strong outbound strategy, enrichment, ICP, and deliverability know-how.
• APIs, automations, scripting; reads API docs independently.

Aufgaben

• Build and scale lead-gen workflows across tools.
• Research, enrich, and qualify leads from data sources and APIs.
• Develop end-to-end outbound campaigns and optimize deliverability.
• Automate sales/marketing with AI and SaaS tools.
• Analyze funnel and campaign data to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to feed GTM insights.
