PETAR PETROV in Vienna seeks a highly analytical Digital Performance & Growth Manager to own our digital acquisition across Meta and Google. You will work with ecommerce and creative teams at the intersection of performance, product, creative and customer behaviour.

The role requires hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, ideally both, in fashion or premium e-commerce, and a knack for optimizing for high AOV and international customers.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads (ideally both) in fashion, luxury, premium e‑commerce or high-consideration categories.
• Experience with international customers and high AOV segments.
• Ability to differentiate between existing demand and incremental new business.

Aufgaben

• Own digital acquisition across Meta and Google, collaborating with e-commerce and creative teams.
• Manage performance marketing with a focus on profitable, scalable acquisition.
• Analyze CAC, contribution margin, MER and ROAS to inform budget decisions.
• Optimize product feeds and segmentation; run creative testing and performance analysis.
• Scale budgets based on economics rather than platform recommendations; understand international markets.
