Job summary

BP is seeking an expert Group Transformation Consultant to partner with business leaders across the organisation, delivering large-scale transformation initiatives that drive agility and customer-centric ways of working. The role combines change management expertise with analytical capability to deliver measurable outcomes.

The successful candidate will embed culture change, strengthen employee engagement, and influence senior leaders within a sophisticated, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Validated experience leading large-scale business transformation or enterprise improvement programmes.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Experience managing diverse customer groups and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience designing culture change and employee engagement initiatives.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and standard processes.
• Understanding of development, operating model design, and workforce transformation.
• Ability to work in matrixed corporate environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of agile ways of working across teams and transformation programmes.
• Assess operating models and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Facilitate leadership sessions and workshops to align objectives.
• Design and implement culture and behavioural change initiatives.
• Embed customer-centric thinking into transformation activities and decisions.
• Develop employee engagement strategies to drive adoption and reduce resistance.
• Build relationships with customers and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Conduct leadership assessments and guide leaders through change.
• Apply change management methodologies for successful implementations.
• Support strategic planning with insights from transformation programmes.
• Develop reporting and performance metrics using Excel and other tools.
