AGRANA is seeking a senior leader to elevate global Workforce Intelligence within the HR Center of Excellence. You will define the roadmap, bridge HR and financial data, and deliver dashboards that inform executive decisions across affiliates.

The role requires 5-8 years in HR analytics or controlling, a Master’s in a major field, and strong Excel/BI skills. Expect cross-country collaboration and a focus on governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of experience in global HR analytics, HR controlling, workforce planning or reporting.
• Master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, HR, data analytics or a comparable field.
• Strong capability in HR analytics, statistics, dashboarding and KPI reporting.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the global Workforce Intelligence roadmap with governance, processes and tools.
• Establish global methodologies for strategic workforce planning and long‑term business goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and 5-year planning; collaborate with Finance and HR leaders.
• Synthesize datasets into dashboards; identify trends, risks and growth opportunities for executives.
• Direct end-to-end global reporting, KPIs, data quality controls and standards.
