AGRANA Group in Austria is expanding its global Workforce Intelligence capability within the HR CoE. The role will architect governance, integrate HR and financial data, and transform insights into executive recommendations.

You will lead global workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, delivering dashboards and KPIs for HR business partners and leadership, while driving digital automation across SAP and Workday.

Qualifikationen

• You have a master’s degree and 5–8 years in global HR analytics or HR controlling.
• Strong skills in HR analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
• Experience with SAP HCM, SAP BW/BEx/AFO and Workday is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Shape the global Workforce Intelligence vision and roadmap.
• Develop global planning methodologies and scenarios.
• Lead workforce cost planning, budgeting, and 5-year forecasting.
• Deliver insights via dashboards; highlight trends and risks.
• Own end-to-end global reporting, KPIs, and data definitions.
• Drive digital transformation with SAP, Workday, and BI tools.
• Coach and mentor junior analysts across regions.
