AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG is expanding its Workforce Intelligence capability within the HR Center of Excellence. The role shapes the global analytics roadmap, linking HR and finance data to strategic recommendations for executive decision-making.

You will lead cost planning, scenarios, and governance, delivering actionable insights and unified HR KPIs across affiliates while partnering with IT to advance automation and digital transformation.

Qualifikationen

• Strong capability in HR analytics, statistics, dashboarding and insight generation, with experience in workforce-cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting and variance analysis.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and BI tools; experience with HR data models and reporting solutions.
• Analytical, independent, structured, collaborative workstyle.
• Experience with SAP HCM, SAP BW/BEx/AFO and Workday; designing global processes and strategic workforce planning is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Shape and execute the global Workforce Intelligence roadmap, turning CoE strategy into governance, processes, and tools.
• Develop global methodologies, scenarios, and planning cycles; align workforce strategy with business and financial goals.
• Lead global workforce budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year planning; drive consolidation and variance analysis with Finance and HR leaders.
• Deliver dashboards and insights, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for HR Business Partners and executives.
• Own end-to-end global reporting, establish unified HR KPIs, data definitions and quality controls across affiliates.
• Partner with IT to advance automation across SAP, Workday, SharePoint, and modern BI platforms.
• Upskill the analytics community, create documentation, and mentor junior team members.

We are elevating our global Workforce Intelligence capability within our HR Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you won't just generate reports—you will architect global standards, bridge HR and financial data into strategic recommendations that drive executive decision-making.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Shape the Vision: Define and execute the global Workforce Intelligence roadmap, converting CoE strategy into robust governance, processes, and tools.
• Develop Strategic Workforce Planning: Establish global methodologies, scenarios, and planning cycles, seamlessly integrating workforce strategy with long-term business and financial goals.
• Lead Workforce Cost Planning: Oversee global workforce budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year planning. Drive consolidation, scenario modeling, and variance analysis alongside Finance and HR leaders.
• Deliver Actionable Insights: Synthesize datasets into intuitive dashboards, identifying key trends, risks, and growth opportunities for HR Business Partners and executive management.
• Own Global Reporting & Standards: Direct the end-to-end operational reporting cycle, establishing unified HR KPIs, quality controls, and data definitions across all global affiliates.
• Accelerate Digital Transformation: Partner with IT to advance automation across SAP, Workday, SharePoint, and modern BI platforms.
• Champion Capability Building: Upskill the global analytics community, produce best-in-class documentation, and mentor junior team members.

• Language Skills:You communicate with full professionalproficiencyin English. Knowledge of German language is anadvantage.

• Our attractive remuneration is based on current market salaries. You can expect an annual gross salary starting at EUR 65,000,- all in, whereby we are open to overpayment in the case of corresponding qualifications and experience.
