On is seeking a Senior Lead, People Analytics to architect and own our global People Analytics platform. You will build data pipelines, governance, and the semantic layer, enabling trusted insights and AI-enabled HR workflows.

Reporting to the Head of People Analytics, you will collaborate with data scientists and HR leaders to forecast trends, optimize the employee lifecycle, and drive action through data storytelling.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in People Analytics or related data science field.
• Strong data engineering skills: pipelines, data models, governed semantic layer.
• Proficient in R, Python, SQL, and Excel; experience with a modern BI tool (Looker/Power BI).
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own the data engineering backbone of our People Analytics Platform: pipelines, data modeling, and orchestration.
• Build and maintain the semantic/metric layer as the single source of truth.
• Support the AI/agentic layer: internal AI co-pilot and AI-assisted HR workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists to strengthen statistical and predictive modeling.
• Develop dashboards and analyses across headcount, talent acquisition, engagement, and attrition.
• Provide guidance on analytics solutions and translate business requirements into technical work.
• Ensure data governance and integrity across HR systems.
• Storytelling: present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
