ALPLA inject is seeking a senior leader to steer the global technics organization, shape strategy, governance, and standards, and drive performance targets across all technical functions. You will oversee project management, translate customer requirements into innovative, cost-efficient packaging solutions, and lead a global mold supply chain with internal and external partners.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience in injection molding or tooling.
• Experience leading global or international teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and budgets.
• Strong techno-commercial understanding balancing feasibility, cost, quality, timing.
• Experience with supplier management is an advantage.

• Drive technical solutioning and customer offer development, ensuring competitive, feasible, and commercially attractive injection molding solutions.
• Oversee global project management and execution, ensuring successful delivery of customer and internal projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Lead Design & Application Engineering, translating customer requirements into innovative, cost-efficient, and manufacturable packaging solutions.
• Manage the global mold supply chain, including internal mold shops and external suppliers, ensuring optimal quality, cost efficiency, capacity utilization, and delivery performance.
• Strengthen and develop the internal mold shop network, driving standardization, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and strategic competitiveness.
• Contribute to business performance through transparent cost management, investment planning, profitability improvement, and technical decision-making.
• Build and lead high-performing global teams, fostering collaboration, capability development, stakeholder alignment, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.

What makes you great

• University degree or equivalent education in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Several years of leadership experience in injection molding, tooling, mold manufacturing, project management, product development, application engineering, technical sales support or comparable industrial environments
• Experience in leading global or international teams and working across cultures, regions and functions
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects, supplier networks, budgets and stakeholder environments
• Strong techno-commercial understanding and ability to balance technical feasibility, cost, quality, timing, risk and customer requirements.
• Experience with internal and external supplier management, investment goods procurement and technical sourcing is an advantage
