Zusammenfassung

Anton Paar is seeking an experienced Quality Management professional to further develop methods, standards, and best practices for our high‑tech instruments. You will plan internal audits, strengthen non‑conformance processes, and analyze product quality and KPIs to drive improvement actions.

In this role you will facilitate root cause analyses, enhance monitoring systems, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and international subsidiaries.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education (university degree, college, or equivalent technical qualification).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Quality Management, preferably with a focus on risk management.
• Sound knowledge of relevant quality methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, 8D, FMEA, APQP, and Risk Management.
• Certification as an Internal Quality Auditor according to ISO 9001:2015 (TÜV or equivalent).
• Analytical, structured, and self-driven working style.
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a passion for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel.

• Further develop and establish appropriate quality methods, standards, and best practices
• Plan and conduct internal audits
• Enhance internal non‑conformance management and related processes
• Analyze product quality, quality KPIs, and cost of poor quality, and derive targeted improvement actions
• Facilitate structured root cause analyses for complex quality issues
• Further develop product quality monitoring processes and systems
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional departments and international subsidiaries
