Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 3 years of progressive work experience in global sourcing or sourcing related roles.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills, with urgency and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and facilitates bids, RFQs, negotiations, and resourcing to provide vendor options.
• Develops and distributes financial models to monitor profitability and risk.
• Guides cross-functional teams on cost goals at start of new product development cycles.
• Implements vendor costs options and supports production and timing plans.
• Partners with logistics and planning teams to align needs with vendor capacity.
