Job summary

Allocator One Group is seeking a senior international tax specialist to own end-to-end compliance across German, Austrian, UK and US fund structures. You will coordinate external advisors, manage timelines, and prepare investor tax communications while collaborating with finance and investment teams.

You will help build the tax function from the ground up in a growing, multi‑jurisdictional platform, with exposure to carried interest and LP reporting and a direct line to senior management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Tax Law, Business Law, Finance or equivalent.
• 5-8 years in Big Four or tax advisory with fund/partnership focus.
• Deep knowledge of German GmbH & Co. KG taxation.
• Experience with carried interest and LP reporting.
• Strong international tax law knowledge (DBAs, ATAD, CFC).
• Ability to explain complex tax matters to non-tax colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end tax compliance for German and Austrian funds.
• Coordinate external tax advisors in UK, US, and Europe.
• Monitor deadlines for SA800, CT600, Form 1065, K-1, ERS.
• Prepare investor tax letters and LP reporting schedules.
• Build and maintain global tax compliance calendar.
