Zusammenfassung

AT&S in Leoben, Austria, seeks a Specialist Funding and R&D Excellence to strengthen its network of research partners. The role drives strategic collaborations, supports funded R&D programs and enhances external innovation visibility.

You will coordinate with universities, research institutes and industrial partners to advance the company's R&D agenda. Diploma holders with several years in R&D, funding, or project management, plus strong English and German, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Innovation Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Several years of professional experience in R&D, innovation management or public funding.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor packaging, IC substrate or related tech areas is advantageous.
• Experience with external partners and funding programs is beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with universities, institutes, industry partners, clusters and funding bodies.
• Identify and evaluate collaboration partners aligned with the technology roadmap and R&D priorities.
• Maintain partner databases, tools and processes for transparency and quality.
• Prepare analyses, reports and management summaries on partner activities and opportunities.
• Support preparation of national and international funding proposals to boost public funding.
• Facilitate consortium building and coordination for collaborative R&D projects.
• Promote knowledge sharing through networking events, workshops and exchanges.
• Organize partner events, workshops and innovation forums.
