Mental Health Group in the Villach region is seeking a Junior Specialist - Quality Assurance & Customer Complaints (m/f/d) for a full-time role. You will learn and contribute to international complaint handling and quality processes.

You will document in English, support root cause analysis with R&D, Production and Quality, and help prepare reports while learning ISO 13485 standards. A collaborative, global team environment is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent to business-fluent English (C1+).
• Completed technical or commercial-technical education (HTL, vocational school, Bachelor's degree) or equivalent.
• Internships or early career in tech support, customer service or QA are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Onboard into quality and complaint management, handling international customer requests.
• Register, record and evaluate product complaints from around the world in English.
• Support root cause analysis with R&D, Production and Quality to determine technical causes (5-Why, Fishbone).
• Maintain complaint files in English, monitor deadlines, draft investigation reports for global customers.
• Learn international quality standards (ISO 13485) and assist with quality reports.
