Job summary

Talentir is expanding its sales team in Vienna and seeking a results-driven outbound sales professional. You will own the top of the funnel, reach out to CFOs and finance leaders, and set meetings with real buyers.

The role emphasizes prospecting, AI-assisted research, and building a scalable outbound playbook. You’ll join a close-knit team with founders and senior AEs, and benefit from a competitive base with uncapped commissions as you develop into an AE.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated B2B outbound sales experience and can show that you personally created meetings or pipeline from scratch.
• You enjoy calling strangers and are comfortable with high-volume outreach.
• You can balance prospecting with qualifying and moving opportunities through the funnel.

Responsibilities

• 50–80 reach outs per day across phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Book meetings with real buyers (CFOs/COOs/Head of Finance).
• Own and clean your target list with AI research on every account before dialing.
• Warm handoffs to AE and participate in discovery for sourced deals.
