LSP – Light Sensors & Photonics, a unit within ams OSRAM, is seeking a Program Manager to steer global programs in Operations, Supply Chain and Quality. You will define goals, track KPIs and present progress to leadership.

You will analyze factory data, optimize processes and collaborate with Controlling, R&D and Procurement. A technical university degree and 5+ years PM in semiconductor environments, plus fluency in English and German, are required.

Qualifications

Technical university degree completed.
At least 5 years of work experience in Project Management in Semiconductor Industry or similar large-scale operations.
Experience in Lean, TWI, Six Sigma, Hoshin Kanri or similar.
Ability to prepare executive-level reports and present them to Senior Management.
Fast thinker with analytical mindset and ability to understand complex problems.
Good interpersonal skills with stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to drive change and gain alignment across global teams.
Proficiency in English and very good German.

Responsabilités

Program Management for global programs and strategic projects aiming to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the OSQ organization.
Goal definition and KPI tracking for global OSQ organization.
Analyzing, summarizing and presenting factory data, business processes and organizational setups.
Improving business processes within OSQ and seamlessly handshake with partnering departments (e.g. Controlling, R&D, Procurement etc.).
Preparation of presentations for Senior Management.
