Zusammenfassung

Vizrt is seeking an Order Management Specialist to act as a bridge between regional Sales and Central Logistics, ensuring smooth order handover and logistics workflow. You will manage order administration, coordinate with Sales, Partners, and Customers, and improve processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in import/export, experience with an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), and fluent English with German skills.

Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years of experience in import/export processes; purchasing management is a plus.
• Fluent English required; German at decent level recommended.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
• Strong team player with customer service orientation.

Aufgaben

• Process Opportunities, Sales Orders, Deal Registration, Incentives, returns, and credits globally in CPQ.
• Ensure order accuracy for customer satisfaction and team effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Partners, Customers, and internal teams to resolve order issues and ensure timely processing.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on orders, projects, promotions, and complaints.
• Support logistics by coordinating with Operations and Customer Support.
• Prepare or update shipping documentation as needed.
