Vizrt in Austria seeks a Junior Order Management Specialist to support our team in Vomp. You will act as a bridge between the regional Sales team and the Central Logistics team to support Global sales operations.

The role is responsible for implementing and managing order administration functions to ensure a smooth order handover and logistics workflow. In this role you will manage orders, collaborate with Account Managers and Operations, and drive timely processing, accuracy, and customer

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of import/export experience or similar.
• Experience with an ERP system; Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred.
• Fluent English; German at a usable level.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and accountability.

Aufgaben

• Process opportunities, sales orders, deals, credits globally in CPQ.
• Ensure order accuracy for customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Sales, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Prepare or update shipping documentation as needed.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain smooth order handover and workflow.
