Flexopack in Austria is seeking an order processing clerk to act as the central hub between customers, production and logistics. You will oversee orders from receipt to delivery and serve as contact person by phone, email and on-site when needed.

The ideal candidate has a completed commercial apprenticeship, experience in order processing, strong MS Office and ERP skills, excellent German, and a structured, customer‑oriented approach.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial apprenticeship.
• Experience in order processing or a comparable position.
• Proficient handling of MS Office and an ERP system.
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken); English advantageous.

• Customer orientation and strong communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Process customer orders from receipt to delivery.
• Coordinate communication with customers, sales representatives, and suppliers.
• Create order confirmations, delivery documents, and invoices.
• Coordinate deadlines and quantities with production and logistics.
• Maintain order and master data in the ERP system.
• Handle complaints in coordination with the quality department.
