Zusammenfassung

Vizrt is seeking an Order Management Specialist to bridge the regional Sales team and the Central Logistics team, ensuring smooth order handover and logistics workflow. You will implement and manage order administration functions to support global sales operations, processing Opportunities, Sales Orders, Credit, and returns in CPQ.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of import/export experience.
• Experience with an ERP system, preferably Business Central.
• Fluent English; German at a decent level.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Aufgaben

• Process opportunities, sales orders, credits, returns globally in CPQ.
• Ensure order accuracy for customer satisfaction and team effectiveness.
• Support fulfillment by resolving order issues and ensuring timely processing.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Sales, and Partners on orders and policies.
• Redirect financing questions to Finance and coordinate with Logistics for delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email/phone and provide courteous service.
• Suggest workflow improvements based on observations and data.
