Zusammenfassung

Remote is seeking a Senior Mobility Specialist within our Onboarding and Mobility team. You will guide immigration compliance for clients and manage cross-border projects, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to laws.

We require an immigration lawyer licensed in Germany with extensive compliance experience and English fluency; tech industry exposure is ideal. This remote role offers global collaboration with prioritization of DACH locations.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed immigration lawyer (Germany)
• Extensive immigration compliance experience
• Deep understanding of immigration processes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in tech/hyper-growth settings preferred
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
• Remote work experience is advantageous
• Automation/AI proficiency relevant to role

Aufgaben

• Monitor cases with case management and billing systems
• Provide guidance on travel needs and immigration processes
• Give legal and strategic guidance on immigration service delivery
• Own senior-level escalations to support Mobility Specialists
• Assist leadership with large projects management
• Monitor dashboards and SLAs for client visibility
• Develop in-house immigration services to boost revenue and efficiency
• Prepare and submit visa/work permit applications
• Mentor Mobility staff and contribute to training materials
• Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Maintain up-to-date immigration law and internal docs
• Apply immigration knowledge to complex client cases

Kenntnisse

Immigration lawyer (Germany licensed)

Immigration compliance experience

Understanding of immigration processes
