swisselect ag is seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) in MedTech to drive global growth. You will own strategic BD across international markets, coordinating between market, development and production to secure new opportunities.

You will build long-term customer relationships, analyse trends, and advise on materials and manufacturing solutions while traveling 60–80% to connect with OEMs and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Technical education or degree in materials engineering, medical technology or a comparable qualification.
• At least 10 years of international experience in business development, sales or key account management within medical technology.
• Knowledge of implants, surgical instruments or medical components.
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing technologies and industrial production processes.
• Ability to present complex technical topics to management.
• Willingness to travel 60–80%.

Aufgaben

• Identify, develop and win new business opportunities with MedTech OEMs worldwide, focusing on implants and surgical instruments.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships at management level.
• Analyse market trends and customer needs; advise on technical manufacturing solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering and production to deliver customer projects.
• Support local sales in quotations and sales processes; represent the company at events.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and CRM; prepare market and competitor analyses for management.
