Job summary

Red Bull's Knowledge Management team seeks a motivated Knowledge Management Intern to join the Global Data team in Elsbethen for a six-month internship. You will help roll out KM solutions, develop training for authors and managers, and contribute to content quality, metadata, taxonomy, and information architecture.

You will also support KM reporting and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with business content owners and IT departments.

Qualifications

• Current studies in Computer Science, Information Science, Digitalisation, Data Science, Communication Science, or a related field.
• Good understanding of content management, documentation quality, metadata, taxonomy, or information architecture.
• Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, or comparable content and knowledge platforms.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Structured and process-oriented way of working.
• Interest and first experience in emerging technologies such as knowledge graphs, ontologies, data analytics, and AI-supported knowledge retrieval.
• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, Visual Studio Code or W3C is an advantage.
• Very good English skills; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge Management Solutions and rollouts: support rollout of existing KM solutions across international departments and contribute to pilots for new solutions.
• Training and user enablement: develop and deliver training for content authors, managers, and other users; assist in applying KM processes and tools.
• Documentation and content quality: maintain KM service documentation; contribute to metadata, taxonomy, information architecture, and documentation standards.
• Reporting and continuous improvement: support KM reporting and help evaluate and improve KM framework, processes, and services.
