Zusammenfassung

Red Bull is offering an internship within the Learning & Development function of the Global Media Channels team. Working with the Senior Project Manager, you'll contribute to learning initiatives, internal communications and project coordination across a global media network.

You'll help plan and deliver the Global Media Channels Summit, support onboarding for HQ and international teams, maintain learning materials and improve training experiences. The role starts in November 2026 for six months.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced undergraduate to postgraduate or recent graduates in relevant fields.
• Experience in project management, talent management, or HR is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Curiosity and growth mindset with interest in digital media and L&D.

Aufgaben

• Support end-to-end planning and execution of the Global Media Channels Summit.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for HQ and international teams.
• Manage and improve the Global Media Channels Hub content.
• Maintain training materials and develop engaging learning experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive training initiatives across the global network.
