Job summary

AT&S in Leoben is seeking a Manager Infrastructure Delivery & Service Governance to lead global IT infrastructure service delivery and governance across locations. You will drive incident, problem, change, and escalation management and optimize operations with KPI and SLA frameworks.

You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, manage resources, and ensure compliance, continuity, and cost efficiency in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, service delivery, or IT service management.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop, motivate, and inspire teams.
• Strong expertise in IT service management processes, including incident, problem, change, and escalation management.

Responsibilities

• Lead global infrastructure service delivery and ensure stable, reliable IT operations across locations.
• Establish & manage KPI, SLA, and service governance frameworks for transparency.
• Drive incident, problem, and escalation management to maintain high service availability.
• Manage & develop service delivery resources and collaborate across international teams.
• Govern external service providers through performance reviews and contract monitoring.
• Coordinate infrastructure delivery for projects and lifecycle activities with smooth handovers.
• Drive cost optimization and capacity planning based on data.
