You will shape governance, drive transformative initiatives, build robust business cases, mentor teams, and guide cross-functional delivery in a dynamic manufacturing environment for semiconductors and advanced electronics.

Competenze

• 10+ years in project, program, or portfolio management within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs across multiple sites and international teams.
• Proven track record delivering business-critical initiatives with measurable impact.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, PRINCE2 preferred.
• Strong leadership within matrixed, multicultural organizations.
