Job summary

AT&S in Leoben, Austria, is seeking an IT Infrastructure – Directory Specialist to secure and manage identity services for global operations. You will oversee core IAM platforms including Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), PKI, and asset management to ensure stability, security and compliance.

Based in Leoben, you will collaborate with global IT teams and Security, Compliance, and Audit groups to maintain least-privilege access, RBAC, MFA, and certificate services while driving ongoing

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or comparable experience.
• Proven experience in a similar position.
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory and enterprise IAM.
• Experience in regulated environments (ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, or similar).
• Understanding of access governance, identity lifecycle, and security best practices.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identity & Access Management
• Operate and maintain identity and access management (IAM) services for designated compliance environments
• Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP including user lifecycle, groups, roles, and access rights
• Implement and enforce least-privilege and role-based access control (RBAC)
• Manage authentication mechanisms such as MFA, certificates, and privileged access
• Cooperate with Security, Compliance, and Audit teams on access reviews and remediation actions
• Document identity processes, standards, and operating procedures
