Job summary

AT&S in Leoben is seeking a Manager Infrastructure Delivery & Service Governance to lead global IT infrastructure service delivery and governance across locations. You will drive incident, problem, change, and escalation management and optimize operations with KPI and SLA frameworks.

You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, manage resources, and ensure compliance, continuity, and cost efficiency in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, service delivery, or IT service management.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop, motivate, and inspire teams.
• Strong expertise in IT service management processes, including incident, problem, change, and escalation management.

In this role, you will ensure the reliable delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of AT&S's global IT infrastructure services. You will lead service performance management across international operations, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and drive operational excellence through transparent governance, service quality management, and continuous optimization.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead global infrastructure service delivery and ensure stable, reliable, and business-oriented IT operations across all locations
• Establish and manage KPI, SLA, and service governance frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability
• Drive incident, problem, and escalation management processes to maintain high service availability and operational resilience
• Manage and develop service delivery resources while fostering collaboration across distributed international teams
• Govern external service providers through performance reviews, service improvement initiatives, and contract compliance monitoring
• Coordinate infrastructure delivery for projects, operational transitions, and lifecycle activities, ensuring smooth handovers into support operations
• Drive cost optimization, capacity planning, and continuous service improvement based on operational and financial performance data
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, business continuity, and operational preparedness in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Your Profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, service delivery, or IT service management
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop, motivate, and inspire teams
• Strong expertise in IT service management processes, including incident, problem, change, and escalation management
• Experience defining and managing KPIs, SLAs, service reporting, and operational performance metrics
• Strong vendor and supplier management experience in complex service environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical functions
• Experience in manufacturing or other business-critical 24/7 environments is an advantage
• Professional working proficiency in German and English
