Job summary

Red Bull is seeking an Area HRIS Specialist to be the go-to expert for HRIS in the HQ region. You’ll support HR teams, ensure data quality, and drive system upgrades to speed decision making and empower people across the business.

Based at Red Bull’s HQ in Austria, you’ll bridge global HRIS projects with local needs, own service delivery for the region, and deliver user training to boost adoption. You’ll collaborate with global HRIS teams, contribute to governance and compliance, and help

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience with HR information systems (e.g., SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Taleo, SmartRecruiters, Anaplan, BI)
• Strong English and German language skills
• Solid knowledge of HR processes
• Analytical mindset with a structured, results-driven approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• University or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information Technology is beneficial
• Experience in HRIS governance and compliance is preferred
• Prior HR project support experience is an asset

Verantwortungsbereiche und Aufgaben, in denen etwas bewegt werden kann:

AREA HRIS SYSTEM SUPPORT

In this role, you'll deliver expert technical support and troubleshooting for HR teams in the HQ region while ensuring seamless operation of HRIS processes and resolve system issues quickly. You'll champion data quality and accuracy across all HR master data modules. You'll also own HRIS service and support delivery for the region.

PROCESS OPTIMIZATION AND ENHANCEMENT

On the other hand, you'll identify and drive improvements to processes for greater efficiency and user experience by collaborating with global HRIS teams to align system functionalities with business needs. When needed, you'll support development and testing of new features tailored to the region.

PROJECT SUPPORT

You'll participate in HRIS-related projects, providing technical expertise and hands-on support. You'll also coordinate and execute project tasks as directed by HRIS managers while contributing to project documentation and training materials.

USER TRAINING AND COACHING

Last but not least, you'll deliver engaging training sessions for HR teams and new joiners. To do so, you'll adapt existing resources to boost HRIS adoption while responding to user inquiries and provide solutions to enhance user experience.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.509,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
