Job summary

Red Bull is seeking an HRIS Specialist to push the limits of HR technology and shape the future of our HR systems. You will interface between HR and IT, developing processes and solutions with experts across the business.

You will maintain and enhance HR processes, act as a subject matter expert, manage projects and changes, and maintain documentation while delivering on-demand training for HR colleagues. Fluent English is required, additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience as an HRIS Specialist.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, HR, or a related field.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or another HR information system.
• Experience in project management and application maintenance.
• Previous experience supporting new system rollouts is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information at different levels across Red Bull and deliver training to HR colleagues.

Responsibilities

To strengthen our HRIS Team, we’re looking for an HRIS Specialist to work with experts and managers in the global HRIS Department. Acting as an interface between HR and IT, you’ll develop processes and solutions using advanced technologies while supporting colleagues across the business.

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• At least 3 years of professional experience as an HRIS Specialist, preferably gained through international HR projects in an HR department with a strong IT interface.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, HR, or a related field.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of and professional experience with SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or another HR information system.
• Experience in project management and application maintenance, ideally in an organisation with a regional or international scope.
• Previous experience supporting new system rollouts is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information at different levels across Red Bull and deliver training to HR colleagues.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2362.00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
