Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, International Relations, or related field (in progress or completed).
• Experience in drafting documents and reports in English.
• Experience in international work environment or HR-related work is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Windows, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and MS Teams.

Aufgaben

• Conduct background research on HR matters from academic papers, private and public sector best practices, and other organizations’ policies.
• Support the development of promotional and outreach materials.
• Coordinate activities and events to raise awareness of HR areas.
• Respond to requests for guidance on HR areas.
• Contribute to design, improvement, and facilitation of trainings and training data collection.
• Prepare and edit drafts of HR reports, guidelines, briefing notes, presentations, and intranet content.
• Analyse and report HR data and KPIs as required.
• Support other HR activities as assigned.
