Zusammenfassung

The International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna offers interns the opportunity to gain practical work experience within the Department of Management (MT) and the Division of Human Resources (MTHR). Interns may be deployed in HR Management, HR Services, or HR Development, with rotations based on programmatic needs.

We seek students pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or International Relations.

Qualifikationen

• University degree (in progress or recently completed) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, International Relations, or related field.
• Experience drafting documents and reports in English.
• Experience in international work environment or HR-related work is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Conduct background research on HR matters involving academic research papers, private and public sector best practices, other international organizations' policies and guidelines as needed.
• Support the development of promotional and outreach materials.
• Coordinate activities and events that strengthen awareness and knowledge on the various HR areas.
• Respond to requests for guidance on the respective HR areas.
• Contribute to design, improvement, and facilitation of the trainings and/or support the training administration and collection of training data, as requested.
• Prepare and edit drafts of HR reports, guidelines, briefing notes, presentation, and similar documents such as internal communication web sites with guidance by the respective HR leads.
• Analyse and report HR data and Key Performance Indicators as required.
• Support other HR activities as and when assigned.
