Aufgaben

• Conduct background research on HR matters using scholarly sources and org policies.
• Support development of promotional and outreach materials for HR areas.
• Assist in training design, facilitation, and training administration.
• Prepare and edit drafts of HR reports, guidelines, and presentations.
• Analyze HR data and KPIs; support other HR activities.
