Light for the World in Vienna, Austria, is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to strengthen financial management and strategic decision-making across the organisation. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, develop the FP&A team and collaborate with senior leadership, country offices and National Members to turn data into clear, actionable insights.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (Master’s/MBA/CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, FP&A or similar in iNGO or international org.
• Proven multi-country, multi-currency budgeting and financial consolidation experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills across regions/time zones.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills; translate data into insights.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee FP&A function across the organisation, including budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team; partner with senior leadership and country offices.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic objectives and long-term sustainability.
• Deliver timely management reports for leadership, Board and National Members.
• Monitor funding structures, liquidity, reserves and unrestricted funding positions.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for senior and country leadership.
