Job summary

AGRANA Fruit seeks a Global Flavor Portfolio Manager to shape and harmonize a worldwide flavor portfolio. You will collaborate with senior leaders across innovation, procurement, and NPD to align strategies and drive value on a global scale.

You will oversee flavor lifecycle governance, library structures, and digital transformation initiatives, leveraging SAP PLM and analytics to optimize performance and speed-to-market. English fluency and a global mindset are essential.

Qualifications

6+ years in food, beverage, or flavor industry.
Hands-on flavor sourcing, sensory science, or enterprise portfolio management.
Experience with PLM/ERP systems (SAP) and data analytics.
Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

Drive Strategic Vision: Build a harmonized, global flavor portfolio across markets.
Influence & Stakeholder Leadership: Partner with global leaders to align stakeholders and deliver results.
Project Management: Governance, risk management, resource coordination, and execution of cross-functional programs.
Flavor Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of flavor development, supplier networks, sensory evaluation, and market trends.
Flavor Lifecycle Management: Governance from creation to optimization and discontinuation.
Implement Flavor Library Structure: Curate and optimize global flavor libraries for faster NPD and launches.
Digital Transformation: Serve as Global Process Owner for flavors with SAP PLM and related tools.
Track & Optimize Success: Define and monitor KPIs; provide insights to executives.
