You will partner with international subsidiaries to improve transparency, efficiency and performance, delivering analytics and BI-driven insights. Requirements include a university degree in business/finance or related field, 2+ years in corporate controlling, advanced Power BI, IFRS expertise, and strong English communication.

• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting at Group level with regional alignment.
• Prepare and interpret monthly management reports with high data quality.
• Drive optimization and standardization of Group Finance processes across Controlling, Accounting and Finance.
• Perform variance analyses and ad hoc evaluations; prepare presentations for management and board.
• Act as a trusted business partner to management and subsidiaries with financial insights.
• Serve as key contact for international subsidiaries on finance-related matters and consolidation.
