Kapsch TrafficCom AG in Austria is seeking a Group Controller to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across the organization. You will partner with international subsidiaries to improve financial transparency and drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires IFRS expertise (IFRS 15/16), advanced Power BI skills, and strong analytical and presentation abilities for management and boards. A university degree in finance or Controlling plus 2+ years of experience is expected.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or Business Informatics.
• At least two years of professional experience in Corporate Controlling, international environment preferred.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL basics with a keen interest in BI solutions.

Aufgaben

• Support budgeting and quarterly forecasting at Group level with regional coordination.
• Prepare monthly management reports and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Drive standardization of Group Finance processes across Controlling, Accounting, and Finance.
• Provide financial analyses and presentations for management, committees, and board.
